WB Collective now accepts ACH transfers as a payment method for your Collective membership and any ancillary charges!  We have put together this guide to show you how to setup ACH on your account.

What is ACH?

ACH (Automated Clearing House) is a network used for electronically moving money between bank accounts across the United States.  Payment processing via the ACH network has existed since the 1970s. ACH moved financial transactions worth more than $61.9 trillion in 2020, an increase of almost 11 percent from the previous year. These included government, consumer, and business-to-business transactions, as well as international payments.

Is my information secure?

All payment information for both ACH and Credit Card payments are stored and processed by our payment processor, Stripe.  Stripe is used by millions of companies, all over the world, for securely storing and processing payments for their customers.  Without going into too much technical mumbo-jumbo, your payment data is encrypted both as we send the information to Stripe and once it gets to Stripe. Great!  How do I setup ACH with WB Collective?

If you are logged into our portal (which if you're not, click the button in the top-right of this site), follow these three easy steps:
  1. Click your name in the top-right corner of the screen, then click Billing
  2. On the right side navigation bar, click ACH Payments under Billing
  3. You will then be presented with the following screen.  Enter the information associated with your ACH account, then click Submit
Once you have entered your ACH information the portal will ask for two amounts. In order to verify your bank account, WB Collective deposits 2 small amounts into your balance. These deposits should take 1 to 2 days to appear. When these deposits show in your statement, come back to the WB Collective Portal and type the values found after the decimal point into the 2 boxes to verify your account. For example: for a deposit of $0.62, you would type in 62.  Once this is completed, it will be the default payment method for all charges associated with your WB Collective account.
